Saint Charles Borromeo, our parish patronengenders a great devotion to the education of all youth. Our Roman Catholic faith is passed on from generation to generation, always inspired by Jesus, the Teacher, inviting all children "to come unto me".
Saint Charles was devoted to all children, establishing orphanages for the poor, assistance for needy families and Sunday schools, Schools of Christian Doctrine [CCD], which became the model for all religious education programs as we know them today.
Charles, Bishop of Milan, promoted a great devotion to the Blessed Sacrament known as Forty Hours. Truly, Saint Charles parishioners have much to inspire them.
