Pope John Paul II Catholic Church is located in the heart of the San Juan Mountains in Pagosa Springs, CO. One of our Deacons was fond of saying, "Welcome to our church where a phone call to heaven is a local call."
Between Immaculate Heart of Mary and Pope John Paul II we have 380 registered families and 41 Ministries which are always evolving to meet parishioners needs. We have ongoing plans for for the construction of additional classroom space and offices.
We also serve Four Missions throughout the county and their Masses alternate once a month from June to October.
